Biography:

Ann M. Elliott is a native of McPherson, Kansas. She received her Bachelor of Arts in both English and Political Science from Rockhurst University in 2009. Ann graduated with her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Ann participated in Moot Court, received the Advocacy Certificate and received the “CALI” award (top honors) for her work in Trial Advocacy and Jurisdiction. Ann clerked at the Shawnee County District Attorneys’ office and worked with Kansas Legal Services during law school, gaining valuable experience in the courtroom and in the areas of civil litigation and family law.

Ann was admitted to the state and federal courts of Kansas in 2012. She is a current member of the Kansas Bar Association, McPherson County Bar Association, Marion County Bar Association, Kansas Association of Defense Counsel, Young Lawyers Committee of KADC and Kansas Women Attorneys Association. Ann is involved in many local organizations, including United Way of McPherson County.

Ann’s primary emphasis is civil litigation (plaintiff and defense) and family law.
